I had a great experience buying through Graham Butt. As a first time buyer I was expecting it to be quite daunting and confusing however the process went very well. Kris who I dealt with made sure everything was explained in great detail, answering all emails very quickly and supporting me through the entire process. I was updated regularly with how the chain was doing and what time scale to expect. I felt supported and at ease throughout the entire time. I don’t have any complaints.

I have recently sold my property with Graham Butt, and whilst it was a difficult property to sell & therefore a lengthy process, they got it done. I am still surprised at how many viewings they managed to get booked in, whilst fitting them around my busy schedule. The communication from start to finish was impeccable, there was never a period of time in which i didn’t know what was going on, I was kept up to date and given such valuable advice throughout. I trusted their judgement completely. Whilst dealing with other estate agent companies when finding a new home, I found there is an very noticeable difference between the standard of service, Graham Butt being by far the best Estate Agent Company I’ve had dealings with. Unfortunately I have moved out of the area, so when I come to sell I will not be able to use Graham Butt, but I will without a doubt recommend them to any family & friends in the future.
