Through issues out of Graham Butt control we had a long drawn out process to Exchange of Contracts. At all times, especially when they were stressful their different staff remained cool and calmed our stresses. Simon was our main point of contact and I feel he always went the extra mile in an effort to move our sale forward. Simon was always calm, in spite of my perhaps sometimes frustrated phone calls.

The staff at Graham Butt Estate Agents are all very professional but friendly too so really felt that I was being looked after. I was well informed about every property I viewed and when I had chosen the property I wanted they answered every query that I had, following up with the Vendors and getting back to me quickly so I was never left 'wondering'. I was moving from Surrey so quite far away and they made recommendations further to the Survey, of contractors who could carry out the works needed and also supplied keys so that estimates could be carried out. And finally they liaised with the solicitors too and advised that completion had taken place and that the keys were waiting for me, in fact so quickly, they just beat the solicitor to it, phoning to let me know!
