They have communicated every inch of the way, they are very quick to respond to emails and when calling the office you can always get through and speak them. They have gone out of their way to help and support to make the process as stress free as it can be. From printing documents from the solicitor as I do not have a printer to sitting with me to double check I had filled it all correctly and scanning them back. I can honestly not commend them enough. Every team member is very welcoming and friendly, I will always recommend this branch and the staff, just outstanding! I am extremely grateful for all their help and support.
