This is the 2nd time we have sold property with Martin & Co. Both times we sold to the first viewers and as we handled the negotiations ourselves we saved a lot of money!!! We found Amy to be very approachable and honest which helped. She was always quick to answer our emails. We were very pleased with their services and would certainly use them again.

Just purchased a buy to let property and it is now in Amy's hands to organize the letting. Throughout the purchasing period Amy has been amazing giving me all kinds of advice. Approachable and professional. Prompt to answer emails and I feel sure she will continue to guide me well in getting it up to standard and finding me a suitable tenant . Feeling confident in her is vital seeing that I am a long way away and can't handle this myself.

The service and help I received from everyone in Martin and Co at the Forum was exceptional, all the staff went above and beyond for me to get into my rental property Danielle made it happen and from the Rebecca was so helpful, the first lady I saw I can't remember her name understood my predicament and was awesome I think it's Mrs Climpson anyway I still need to drop in biscuits and chocolates as a thank you.

Had a really good experience with the company and the agent that handled the selling of my property. Approachable and friendly, quick to value and create a brochure. I wasn’t happy with one or two of the pictures so submitted new ones which were accepted and it was amended no issues. The place sold super quick so I can only imagine that the viewings were conducted with the same level of professionalism. I would recommend this company.
