I was very impressed with TLC. From first meeting Tom, I found him to be very friendly and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Tom’s photographic abilities were excellent and I was really pleased with the standard of the photos used, they certainly enhanced the property. All house viewings were carried out very efficiently. Even though the sale of my house was straight forward, Tom always acted with professionalism and was very patient with my many telephone queries. Tom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting.
