We used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!

I used TLC to sell my house in Harrogate and they provided an excellent service. They always answered any queries quickly and I found them a very easy company to deal with.

I was very impressed with the quality of the pictures and a lot of though was given to their layout on the various property platforms, so the first picture was the front door, followed by the down stairs and moving through the house but importantly finishing by duplicating some of the key shots. Once a sale was agreed TLC were onto all the parties, asking what needed to be done to keep the transaction moving. I was pleased and impressed by the service.

Tom was always available for an update. Always kept lines of communication open and was very prompt with any information that we requested. It was a difficult process (solicitors!) but made so much easier due to Tom's diligence. Recommended!

Tom came and valued our property just before lockdown so it has taken a little longer to get a sale agreed. He was very responsive to any contact and has made the process of selling the property very straightforward. The key selling point for me is that he is local and understands the area and market. Would be happy to use the firm again.
