We have used Belvoir in Lincoln to rent our house for 6 years now and the service has been excellent throughout. Recently we have had some unusual circumstances with the letting of our house that had to dealt with from long distance. It has been dealt with very efficiently by Shona, a new employee, who found a solution to the issue and dealt with it quickly and cheerfully. She has proved another excellent addition to the team at Belvoir giving us peace of mind knowing our house is in good hands. A year later on and once again there are problems with my house that I was not in a position to attend to myself. Again they have been excellently handled by Shona both professionally and with no complaint. The particular problem also necessitated the Manager visiting the property. Again this was done in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service we have had from Belvoir Lincoln.
