From day one Belvoir lettings

From day one Belvoir lettings in Lincoln were amazing. The chap we first saw doesn't work there anymore but having Karen take over settled us enormously. We moved overseas as my husband is in the forces and have paid for the management service where everything is done for us. To date we have me never had any issues. If something needs doing with our house we are informed straight away. When our first tenant moved out we had an issue with one of the carpets. We gave my mum and dad permission to act on our behalf and Karen was amazing. She sorted us getting a replacement carpet and had no stress whatsoever. Everything was done for us we didn't even chase as we were constantly kept up to date. We get our invoices promptly we are informed of all up to date information in relation to renting our property. If we have called we have always either spoken to someone or had calls returned promptly. Any queries we have had have been answered promptly and our minds always put at rest if we have been worried about anything. I honestly cannot praise the service we have received more. I did my research before choosing an agent and had three potential companies turn up at my house. The reason we chose Belvoir was their professionalism and the fact they cared that I was worried about letting my property. If Lincoln do not win the prize I think they should be specially mentioned by head office for the caring professional service they offer.
