Chancellors Property Management have been managing my rental property for the past 12 months. Overall I have been happy with the level of service received. Recently Jamie Hawkins has been acting as my Property Manager, I have needed to contact Chancellors on several occasions over the past couple of months. I must say that I have been most impressed with all interactions with Jamie, he has responded promptly and taken appropriate action as requested, in a timely manner.

We definitely recommend Chancellors. They sold our house within the first day, first hour of viewing and we got the price we wanted. The team at chancellors were very on the ball, the manager nick was great on getting us over the line. I would recommend nick to all of my friends in his attention to detail and as a person who works great at getting the vendor and seller to agree quickly.

I would definitely recommend chancellors to anyone wishing to rent a property like I have done through these guys. Amazingly friendly, especially Katherine from the Didcot branch. I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful during my move and she has been there when I needed her throughout my lease. Anyone renting in the Didcot area should go straight to her. I have just moved out of a flat managed by Chancellors and would like to take this opportunity to thank Chancellors team for managing my account with excellence. I would especially like to thank Dean Curtis from the Woking branch who has been there whenever I needed him. He first found me the perfect flat to rent. Then although he was not my account manager, I would contact him every time I had an issue or needed any help and he would go out of his way to get things sorted. Even when I was moving out, Dean Curtis constantly kept in touch with me to make sure my move was going OK and if I needed any help. Many thanks Dean! Unfortunately, Chancellors do not cover the area I have moved to. Otherwise I would have kept Chancellors as my letting agents.
