Sebina was lovely and always kept me in the loop and never minded me chasing up the status of the purchase! Great customer service. My house has now been completed and I receive the keys today. Fantastic and speedy service by Liz Way when my door lock broke, leaving myself and 2 small children locked out of the house last night! All resolved within an hour and a new locked fitted. Couldn't have asked for better service in the evening.

My mum purchased a Retirement property through Chancellors Surbiton Branch. We found the property on line and rang to arrange our first viewing and was greeted by a young man called Max. Max turned out to be one the most nicest, accommodating Estate Agents you could meet. When we needed to contact him regarding the property he was always very helpful and would return phone calls when he said he would. He made my mum feel that nothing was too much trouble and the purchase of the property went fairly smoothly. Home buying process involves more than two parties. Sometimes, it will be difficult to liaise with all of them. We've just moved out of a property managed by Chancellors after a short-term 7 month rental and were pleasantly surprised by the experience and service. Summer Allen was excellent throughout as our property manager - polite, friendly and professional - and responded promptly to any queries, keeping us fully informed when repairs or maintenance work were required. Chancellors property management and particularly Jessica Chalmers helped us significantly during a recent episode where we rented and took over a property, but due to personal circumstances were unable to move in.
