During a two-month searching for a right home for me and Jennie, Mr. Nathan Tan and colleagues in Chancellors have provided an excellent service and honest advices. Even though we changed our searching criteria after several viewings, they were very patient nice and consistent with their professional assistance.
This is a review for Georgina Turner, who proved to be a real asset during the stressful period associated with the purchase of our house. She was always positive and willing to answer any questions we had of which we had many as the purchase went through during the pandemic. It took us many months to find the right property for our downsize move and during this period we must have met every representative from most of the agents in a large area and I have to say there were only 3 individuals who impressed me with their proactiveness and salesmanship and Georgina was definitely one of them. She followed up and communicated well and we couldn't have asked for more. As for Chancellors as an agent, not so impressed. Our purchase process was handed over to someone at their HQ whose role was to make sure the purchase went trhough smoothly. Apart from an initial email, I never heard a peep from them, which is where Georgina went beyond her remit to help us out.PositiveProfessionalism

Excellent customer service! Georgia Onions helped me with my rental property, she kept me up to date and confirmed everything via email we agreed on the phone. Only one negative, due to management availability during the upcoming bank holiday weekend, I needed travel 160 miles to get my passport verified prior to the move in - this wasn’t the best experience, but at least the team was apologetic about the issues and thankfull after I popped around with the required ID. Fingers crossed there will be no issues on the move in day.
Several complications arose during my purchase which could easily have derailed it completely. The Chancellors agent, Holly Valentine, demonstrated considerable tenacity together with excellent communication and negotiation skills to keep everything on track. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is that when Holly was away for a few weeks I had no single point of contact at Chancellors and things stalled as a result; this was all sorted on her return.
