They are thoroughly professionals and honest folks to come across in this line of businsss. They understood our needs and helped us in the best possible way with property search. Casey Gramson (account manager) has always been very professional and performed tirelessly and diligently especially during a challenging time with a particularly tricky client. Her communication has been seamless, and she has followed through on all issues that were raised to completion, including ensuring all works were managed efficiently. She has been very consultative and highly reliable and assisted me with all enquires. Her detailed knowledge on all aspects (legal/contractors etc)has also been greatly appreciated. Highly recommended !

Excellent service from Riya & Holly, would certainly recommend Lightwater Chancellors to others. Not such an excellent service from the Financial team, never bothered to get back to us (Scott), use somebody independently.

I didn't take Holly's advice to use Chancellors in-house/recommended solicitors and regret this - please use them if you are able to (despite being a little more expensive you will not be disappointed and the service will be second to none).

We had very good experience with Chancellors Bicester. Natasha was helping us to find a new place here. She spent with us 2 days showing houses around and being very lovely and professional. She explained us everything, step by step, how agency works and then we decided to rent a house with Chancellors. She informed us about everything by email so we didn't have any problems. We just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

Have sent questions, they respond quickly and provided me with all the details I needed, highly recommend! Casey Grams on was the staff member who helped me, great guy very nice to communicate to.

Sean Randall has been very impressive. My tenant, a good guy, has had to leave, and Sean has been top notch in working through the things that need to be done and arranging them all. He's even kept me posted with what's happening. Can't ask for more than that :) Best wishes Bob Gilbert
