We had very good experience with Chancellors Bicester. Natasha was helping us to find a new place here. She spent with us 2 days showing houses around and being very lovely and professional. She explained us everything, step by step, how agency works and then we decided to rent a house with Chancellors. She informed us about everything by email so we didn't have any problems. We just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!
