We had very good experience with Chancellors Bicester. Natasha was helping us to find a new place here. She spent with us 2 days showing houses around and being very lovely and professional. She explained us everything, step by step, how agency works and then we decided to rent a house with Chancellors. She informed us about everything by email so we didn't have any problems. We just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

Been renting for a just under a week, much better communication and professionalism than my agents before hand. Have sent questions, they respond quickly and provided me with all the details I needed, highly recommend! Casey Grams on was the staff member who helped me, great guy very nice to communicate to.

Sean Randall has been very impressive. My tenant, a good guy, has had to leave, and Sean has been top notch in working through the things that need to be done and arranging them all. He's even kept me posted with what's happening. Can't ask for more than that :) Best wishes Bob Gilbert

Chancellors sold our beautiful bungalow in Lightwater. Holly and her team were thoroughly professional throughout and helped us every step of the way. Our sales negotiator was Lisa who was truly superb and nothing was too much trouble. If we had a query she would answer it, and if contact was needed with our buyers she made it and was a brilliant intermediary; and therefore an essential part of the sales process. There is a big misconception that selling houses is merely about getting them under offer and the rest is just for solicitors to sort out… In our experience this could not be further from the truth. This is where the role of the estate agent BEGINS and Chancellors were second to none (believe us - we tried other agents as well!). They helped us at every step and that is what you are paying your fees for. Karen, the team leader in the Sales Progression Team was also excellent liasing seamlessly between the two solicitors.
