Chancellors sold our beautiful bungalow in Lightwater. Holly and her team were thoroughly professional throughout and helped us every step of the way. Our sales negotiator was Lisa who was truly superb and nothing was too much trouble. If we had a query she would answer it, and if contact was needed with our buyers she made it and was a brilliant intermediary; and therefore an essential part of the sales process. There is a big misconception that selling houses is merely about getting them under offer and the rest is just for solicitors to sort out… In our experience this could not be further from the truth. This is where the role of the estate agent BEGINS and Chancellors were second to none (believe us - we tried other agents as well!).
