Having dealt with All of the staff at M & M for the last 7 years not only for rental but for purchases I find dealing with them straightforward and honest. I can rely on them to listen to my brief and understand what I am looking for when purchasing a property and not wasting my time on viewings that would not be relevant to me. II trust them 100% with handling my tenants on all my properties . They find the right tenants for me but putting in place a strong vetting process and this has led to a harmonious relationship from Landlord and tenant. I also listen to their advice when purchasing properties as trust their opinion and knowledge in the market place.
