Have been helpful with the move into our rental property. Not always forthcoming with responses and need to be chased. However have got things organised, i.e maintenance, for our property quickly.

I rented from them for 4yrs, and overall good a good service with helpful, fair people. Repairs and questions were dealt with quickly - depending on the landlord being available - and Karen and the team were always helpful where they could be. The only issue I had in the time I was with them was designated parking and tickets at the property. So always ask lots of questions about this and do your research. They are the best lettings agent I've used.

I would probably give M&M 4.5 stars out of 5 but it won't let me! I ended up using both sides of M&M properties. Firstly as a landlord when I rented out my house through them for a few years due to relocating, then as a seller when I decided to let go of the property permanently. I would give the rental service 4/5 - overall a good and largely responsive service from Thomas and Karen, which I was generally pleased with albeit a few hiccups every now and again. The sales service I would give 5/5 - overall excellent and very efficient service. Both Michael, and especially Dean, supported me very well through the sales process. Everyone who works there was attentive, friendly, personable and professional and I would overall recommend M&M if you are considering renting out a property or thinking of selling your home.
