They have been very professional and helpful from the start but as always, the true test with any agent is how they deal with issues when they arise after you move in. So I must congratulate Sarah and her maintenance team as they do such an efficient and fantastic job sorting out any problems we’ve had over the past year. The online maintenance portal is very easy to use and always immediately followed up by an email and call from Sarah in the Maintenance team to get an engineer out ASAP or at least before the end of the week. Currently half way through letting a two-bed through M&M for the year and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Everyone we’ve spoken to has been extremely helpful and professional. We’ve had 2 maintenance issues in the time we’ve been there both of which were completely resolved within a day of contacting M&M... couldn’t ask for better service!
