M7M were very prompt with getting arranged with our new property. There was one delay which it is still unsure what happened but once that was in hand the turn around was very quick to ensure we were in on time

Following your mention of a delay, we do always endeavour to get from the application stage to contract stage as quickly as we can and provide a tenancy agreement to sign as quickly as possible, as long as our process allow its. On this occasion due to dates deposits were paid and certain legal paperwork for the protection of your deposit being produced by the TDS scheme, we could only have provided paperwork to you slightly earlier than we did, as we can’t issue the contracts until we have this all in place but we do appreciate the eagerness to move it all along quickly from your side. All paperwork was sent in usual time frames prior to your move in date to sign and return in good time and we are glad it all went smoothly. My experience dealing with Tom at M&M has been very positive. He always responds quickly to emails, is very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for him. Tom is very approachable and at the same time professional. I would recommend M&M

Tom McCormick dealt with my request to rent a property and has been helpful and quick to reply throughout the whole process. He was happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend asking for Tom specifically as I didn't get the same level of service from all staff members which is why this is 4 stars and not 5.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality
