Martin & Co have looked after 2 properties for me in the Basilica block of apartments in Leeds City centre for 9 years, they have performed very well over this period. I had the full management service and from the selection of tenants through all periods of tenancy, to the actual sale of the properties the people involved have provided me with a very satisfactory service. Problems always occur in all walks of life and when issues have arisen they have been dealt with efficiently.
