I would like to say a big thanks to Georgina who helped me look for flats to rent in Leeds. As I am relocating from Wiltshire and due to restrictions on when I could view and long distance, I was struggling with my plans for viewings! However, I rang Martin & Co and spoke to Georgina and she was by far the best! She was very professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable with the flats on her list and also the areas within Leeds. This really helped me being someone who isn't from Yorkshire so not familiar with much more than the city centre. She always responded promptly to all my emails and calls! It's very rare to get such helpful advice and assistance and it made my day of viewings much easier. Even though I ended up getting a flat elsewhere this was only because of my specific mobility requirements and I was limited on the date of moving in - being one of the popular days of the year! However, if I am ever flat hunting again then I would be sure to contact Georgina again. She is brilliant and also very good at managing customers' expectations. I don't live locally so I rely heavily on my agents to manage our properties.
