Martin & Co Leeds City

Great support from Martin&Co and Bailey in particular

Bailey is an exceptional agent and person. She helped us a lot when we contacted Martin&Co almost a year ago. During our tenancy she continued to be our first point of contact for anything needed because we really felt that we could trust in her professionalism.

Great service from a friendly and helpful professional

Bailey helped with organising our tenancy application & reference checks when moving into our apartment in Leeds. We had a tight timescale in which we needed to move in by and Bailey helped us greatly in ensuring the application process was speedy and smooth. She was friendly and professional throughout and communications were great. We would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Bailey was great in arranging out tenancy, friendly, funny and made the whole process quick and easy, everything was clear and made the most complicated part of moving to a new city nice and simple!

Excellent agent

Conscientious, responsive, detail orientated. Claire is professional and respectful. She treats my property as if it's her own. I would highly recommend her.

Efficient and trustworthy

Unlike a lot of agents out there I found Martin & Co reliable, trustworthy and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Professional and helpful

In my few weeks working with Martin & Co I was pleasantly surprised about the professionalism and responsiveness of this agency. Every step until the move in was well planned and coordinated. So far the staff was very friendly as well :) Keep up the good work!

Above and beyond

I relocated from Birmingham to Leeds for work and needed to rent a flat. Having no idea about the best area to suit my needs, I was delighted to speak to Michael after ringing Martin and Co who took a lot of time and trouble to go through different areas and advise which would suit me best. It was a pleasure conversing with him and his lovely sense of humour took a lot of stress out of a stressful process. When I moved again to Leicester he even rang the Martin and Co branch there to ask them to assist me to find a suitable flat!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff,

Massive thanks for Georgina for the viewing and sorting out the administration promptly after the viewing, considering the complications moving from Dorset to Leeds. Georgina is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and properties. I have spoken to various members of staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again.
