As this is my first time renting from an estate agency, I should say that it has been a very easy and smooth process with Martin Co. from the start. I was able to move very swiftly and everything was done with complete professionalism to make it a more pleasant experience. I received excellent service from all the staff in your Martin Co branch, they were all very friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. Fantastic, professional and friendly!!

A clear, honest and reliable agent for landlords

I have been using Martin & Co's services for about 10 years. They have been reliable and honest, have given me sound advice and taken very good care of my property. There has barely been any void period in the entire time, the tenants they have found have been first rate, and I have been very happy with the standard of service I have received over this entire time. I would happily recommend them.

I cannot fault any of the staff, I have dealt with. Being an overseas buyer, they made it such a stress free deal, and continue to do the same now, as they manage it for me. Every little thing is dealt with at speed, and the communication is fantastic. I have bought many properties over the years, I just wish they could have been with Martin & co. I know my next will be. Absolutely one of the best estate agents I have used.

We have been using Martin and Co. Leeds City for over 6 years for our rental properties. They are competent and professional and have always sourced good tenants for us.
