One member of staff, Reece, was more than helpful. He was extremely kind, approachable and honest with us throughout the whole process. Reece was more than happy to help us, in person and over the phone. Overall, his service and the company is highly professional and could not recommend more. Despite the difficulty of finding the perfect flat to rent, they managed this and we could not be happier.

I was impressed by the staff at Martin & Co Leeds City Lettings & Estate Agents. I was moving from a different country and they helped me easily understand the rules and regulations very easily. From viewing the property, going through the tenancy agreements, to finally moving in to the flat. The staff made me feel comfortable and they were patient with me throughout the entire process. Just wanted to shoutout Sue who has been fantastic since making contact with me. I live in a property that had flooded and our previous letting agents were less than helpful. I was left with no flooring and stains all over the walls and ceilings due to the flood - this continued for three months. Fortunately, my landlord moved us to Martin & Co and in the short time since we started with them, we now finally have dates for decorating and flooring to be put in.
