He was prompt, courteous, and highly professional in ensuring my complaint was resolved as quickly as possible and to a high standard, as it could have been costly on my part if not resolved in such a manner.

Sue who looks after our portfolio at Martin and Co is the person you need looking after your properties! We are always well informed / kept up to date on the properties both while tenanted and in between tenancies. Sue takes care of everything for us giving us time to focus on other projects which is a massive help! She is full of knowledge, always polite and our tenants always seem to have a good relationship with her too! Any landlords looking for a hassle free service I couldn’t recommend sue and the team enough!

I've just bought my first property through martin & co and Nadeem and Kate couldn't have been more helpful and kind. As a first time buyer the process has been very new to me but they have not only been incredibly efficient and knowledgeable but also very empathetic towards me as i was a little overwhelmed at times with the process! Renewal feedback

I have been patiently waiting for a tenancy renewal but wasn't sure how long it was going to take. I contacted Martin Co and Haf answered. I knew of him through word of mouth on how good he is at getting things done. I asked for a renewal as my property manager wasn't available at the time and he managed to get it all done within the hour or me ringing whereas previously I had waited a month. So from my single experience with Haf I can understand why people said he's good to have. Cheers Haf
