I was searching for a rental property when I came across Dammy Alonge from Martin & Co Leeds City. His professional behavior, prompt replies, and diligent follow-up were outstanding. He is very caring and ensures I am confident in my decisions. I believe I will enjoy working with him until I settle into my new accommodation.

Renewal feedback

I have been patiently waiting for a tenancy renewal but wasn't sure how long it was going to take. I contacted Martin Co and Haf answered. I knew of him through word of mouth on how good he is at getting things done. I asked for a renewal as my property manager wasn't available at the time and he managed to get it all done within the hour or me ringing whereas previously I had waited a month. So from my single experience with Haf I can understand why people said he's good to have. Cheers Haf

Great communication & service

Thanks to HAF who handled all of our issues very quickly with no need of chasing. Whenever I logged an issue, almost all the time, the next day the maintenance was booked. Whenever we had a different problem, Haf was there to solve it. Above expectations, honestly.

Fantastic Service

I have been using Martin & Co for a number of years to manage my rental apartment in Leeds city. I had a water leak which caused extensive damage to the apartment as well as other areas of the building. Sue Wilson came to my rescue on a late Friday afternoon and went beyond my expectations in getting a plumber to sort things out as well as to reassure me things were in hand. Her follow up has been timely and professional and I am not sure what I would have done without her. I cant recommend her and her team enough.

I had a power cut in my property and I called Martin and co for this issue, thank god that Hafeez was the person who replied!! I don’t think anyone would take it that seriously and try his best to solve this problem, update me with everything and being patient.

Kate and Nadeem at Martin and Co recently handled the sale of our flat in Brewery Wharf, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Kate particularly worked so hard to make sure our sale went through, and did a brilliant job of managing all the other agents / solicitors in our long and very complicated chain. It was really helpful working with an agent who knows Brewery Wharf so well as she knew all the ins and outs of the rules around leasehold sales. Would 10/10 recommend!

Back in 2018 we signed for a property in Rothwell. We had delt with Sue. She was amazing in getting a hassle free tenancy signed for and moved in quickly. During our later months before ending our tenancy, we delt with Haf, absolute cracking agent! If you had a problem, he could and can get it sorted for you! We've since moved out (2023-24) through no fault of the agency or the landlord. We have moved into social housing. Our time has come to an end with Martin & Co. But I'd never hesitate to use their services again! 10 out 10... for service and care. 5* Rating for the agency overall!
