I’m currently renting a flat from this agency but the flat was so many faults and very dirty mouldy. They would take ages to acknowledge on the issues report. Also they haven’t given enough information that you need to know about the flat and anything. Won’t say this is the worst but not good either. This is my first time for renting but my boyfriend family can give me more information about things than this agency itself.

Prejudice and not honest. They will twist things just to milk out of you your last money you have. If you don't know of something, they won't provide you relative information, and by the end of tenancy charge you and deduct money, and blame on you! Disgraceful agency lobbying out of unaware tenants. You all should be ashamed!

I called twice to inquire about properties that are available. The lady that attended the call twice was really unhelpful and even hung up on me. This is very unprofessional of them. I would avoid them if I were you.
