Really unprofessional letting agency. We found a flat that we quite liked in August and put an offer in through a guy called Umair to rent the property. However after chasing it up on several occasions we were completely ignored and Umair didn’t even have the decency to get back in touch and let us know. I’d avoid this place and go with Morgan’s opposite for a slightly better service.

Horrible service, dishonest, and made several attempts at ripping my girlfriend off until the DPS intervened.

This letting agent is horrible. They charged me hundreds of pounds for minor dust on the flat skirting. Don’t deal with them if you don’t want to lose your deposit.
