Martin & Co Leeds City

The Perfect move.......

I would say from the outset Bailey was very professional and friendly made the process very easy to understand every step of the way, even when I was having a wobble waiting for the references to come through. Thank you for being patient and reassuring with me......

Overseas landlords - Nothing but praise!

My husband & I live in Hong Kong & were in Leeds for 2 days over the Summer looking for an investment property to buy to let. We couldn't have been happier with the professionalism & speed at which Helen worked - she showed us the perfect flat on our first day & only second property so knew exactly what we were looking for & didn't waste our time. Steven's help was much appreciated in finding tenants for our flat & car park space (literally the weekend after the contracts of S&P exchanged) - my husband & I were amazed at how quickly he did it - they moved in the following week paying the full asking rental no questions asked; sending us the background check report before they got he keys. Both were very responsive on emails, friendly & informal which we liked & provided practical answers to our questions. If you're overseas, want to invest in Leeds & looking for a great trusted service I would highly recommend Helen as your primary trusted adviser & manager with Steven as your lettings manager. We would go back to them both in a heartbeat when we want to invest again. Thanks again Martin & Co!

Couldn't ask for a better agent.

Martin and Co look after two properties in Leeds Center for me and nothing has been to much trouble for them, they took over the properties from another agent I had in the area, and I can not be more pleased. Professional, polite and everything bang on time.

The Maintenance Staff/Engineers for Martin & Co - Leeds City Centre are efficient, punctual and well mannered. The problems I have had have been resolved once they are alerted.

Great people to deal with, and they sorted out any issues I had with my rented apartment in Leeds quickly and efficiently.

Helen Mayfield worked really hard for us and went above and beyond what anyone could ask of an agent - would highly recommend :)

Excellent people to deal with, nothing is too much trouble.

Credit to her company!!!

I viewed a property in Garforth, Leeds. Rebecca was the agent that showed me around. All I can say is what a credit to her company she really is. She's very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the viewing and I'll definitely use Mrtin & co in the future because of her.

Exceptional support from Ms Ellie Harris at Martin and Co.

Ellie was an absolute delight to work with throughout our flat search and rental application. She guided us through every step, from the viewing to moving in, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. Her communication was prompt, she was accommodating of our requests where possible, and remained patient and professional throughout. We’re very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her.
