Having used a number of letting agents over the past decade I decided to switch and concentrate new tenancies with Martin & Co. Their service and overall communication cannot be bettered and Sue Wilson is the star of the show!

Honestly such a helpful and friendly bunch of people. I have the privilege of dealing with them for 5 years and they never disappointed!!. The takeover of Martin and co was the best thing ever. The old owners/ managers were very funny about evwrything. But since the takeover they are amazing and I can't express that enough

I recently asked Martin & Co to sell 2 x flats with permission to demolish and build a detached house. To value and get the best price for this is difficult. Kate and Elizabeth tackled the problem with great professionalism and produced an excellent sales pitch. This generated lots of interest and viewings. The viewings were handled with great expertise by Sue and she soon had offers on the table.
