Martin & Co Leeds City

I wouldn't even think about being a landlord without Martin's

I don't live locally so I need to be able to trust and rely on my letting agents. I've worked with Martin's for many years and they have always been rock solid. They know the market, found good tenants and achieved good rent levels for me. They have dealt with all kinds of issues in their stride and I've been particularly impressed by Beth who has been fantastic at keeping on top of things, chasing and updating. I honestly couldn't do without them.

Josh at Martin & Co was really helpful and professional during the process of signing for my flat, communication was good as he was prompt to reply with any issues or queries I had, thank you

Bought a property through Martin & Co, Nadeem was excellent throughout the process. Very helpful and reassuring even when problems occurred which were out of his direct control. Would definitely recommend him.

If I could leave 10 stars then I would. Sue Wilson is a pleasure to work with. She gives the best advice from a Landlord perspective and always attends to issues promptly. Thank You Sue!

Kate and Nadeem were very helpful and professional. Our house sale was complicated by a long chain of other sales, but Nadeem was always on hand to help with any queries and help us get update on progress.

I've just completed on buying my first home with the help of Nadeem from Martin & Co. He has been so friendly, informative and approachable, and always supporting to make sure things were moving forward at a good pace. Thank you!

Just recently moved into a rented property and have to say although we had a stressful time with the online application martin&co were more than helpful, poor Josh had to deal with me ringing a million times a day to get it sorted and he was amazing! Thank you everyone at Martin&co
