Martin & Co Leeds City

Really great experience living with Martin & Co! All repairs were responded to within the day, and our property manager, Liam Varley, was always ready to help with anything and helpful all year round. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience renting with Martins & Co. Umair was really helpful.

Liam Varley (property manager at martin and co) is brilliant. He sorts any issues very quickly (within the same day as they are emailed across) and they are always resolved and to a high standard.

Sold my flat with Martin and Co and they were honestly the best people I could have ever chose. They are very professional and some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. They went beyond what any other estate agents had offered and they delivered everything they set out to do. Even when I sold my flat and my purchase fell through, they provided me with a rented property within days at a great rate and were very flexible on my moving out date. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me and I would recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Kate and Liam for helping me out and bring extremely professional and friendly!

My experience with Martin & Co has been flawless from helping me search for me dream city centre pad to signing on the dotted line. My estate agent Liam is a superstar and nothing is ever a problem, I can put my complete trust in his opinions and local knowledge. I have told several of my friends and clients to use Martin & Co ( and to ask for liam) as I know there experience will be fabulous. Keep up the excellent work liam. Mark McKenzie .

My experience with Martin&Co thus far has been none other than excellent. I have been living in Leeds for almost 4 years now, using different estate agents and having various landlords for each year, with each one ranging from frustrating to down right atrocious. In contrast, Martin&Co have treated me wonderfully, not as potential profit, or as a young person who is easy to scam, but simply as a person looking for a home. Each staff member I have had contact with has taken the time and care to explain things properly, even going so far as to contact me and arrange viewings on the same day as new properties have become available. I would like to mention Umair in particular, for making me feel comfortable and at ease during viewings, and for being genuinely happy for me when I was accepted for my current property. Additionally Lauren, who helped me with my paperwork. My new home is exactly what I spent the best part of 5 months looking for, which I most likely would not have found without Umair's help. Thank you Martin&Co, I look forward to the entirety of my tenancy.

Recently rented a City apartment through Martin and Co, from start to finish they were fantastic. We had a lot of interactions with other letting agencies who were quite frankly horrific, so it was very refreshing to deal with someone who actually knows what there talking about. On the dat we moved in we met our Property Manager Liam who again was fantastic. He broke down all aspects of the move and was very accommodating. There were a few minor issues we noticed over the first week and a simple email to Liam and it was resolved the same day. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co to others.

I have been a contractor for Martin and co for a number of years now and can’t fault them at all. Very quick at sending us a job from when the tenant has reported it, very quick and efficient at authorising us to carry out the works. From start to finish a pleasure to work with. Elizabeth the owner is always friendly and helpful and this shines through on the staff aswell. I deal with Liam and Kate a lot and they’re very professional and efficient. Thanks guys

I am very happy with the service provided. They worked hard to find a tenant for our city centre flat. Lauren was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly along the way. I feel that they have worked very hard to provide the service they offer and would recommend them to other landlords. I will use them again when I need to. Well done!.and Thankyou to all the staff who was involved.
