Martin & Co Leeds City

Great experience

Everything went smoothly and the overall experience was very satisfactory to me. Thanks!

Excellent

Very professional

Very happy for their efficiency Politeness professionalism understanding and hard work. Honest too. They are always helpful. All staff are helpful including the Sue who looks after my properties Best wishes to them and hopefully they will always remain as now and be always successful

Nadeem Khan was extremely helpful in ensuring I was able to move into my new home, before the end of the year. There were many hurdles but he overcame them all, and stayed professional and decent throughout. If he has more grey hairs than before taking on the challenge of the house sale, it didn't seem obvious.

I have found Nadeem to be excellent. He genuinely seems to care about his clients and go the extra mile to help!

Martin & Co were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nadeem was very professional, punctual, and went above and beyond in terms on making sure my purchase went through as smoothly as possible. A huge thanks for Nadeem - very highly recommended!

Apartment Letting in Leeds

I used Martin&Co for several apartment viewings and their letting agent Josh who was brilliant from start to finish. Always on time and have accurate information, the lettings process and costs were given to me in advance and completed smoothly. Thanks Josh & team.

Seemless experiance

My personal experiance with Martin and Co has been a very pelsent one. I had Sue as our personal contact and she was always on hand to assist us. Her communication throughout made what can be a strenuous relationship, a simple and happy one. Many thanks to Sue and the team as a whole.

Martin & Co great letting agents

We had a fantastic experience renting an apartment through Martin & Co in Holbeck, Leeds. Josh was particularly helpful recommending the property and fitting in viewings at short notice. The whole process was excellent and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I am currently in the process of buying a property though Martin and Co and it’s been a brilliant experience so far. My agent is Nadeem Khan and he’s been fantastic! Right from the first viewing where he was incredibly friendly and understanding that I was a little late, he was able to provide all the information I required about the property and was really professional. Once I put the offer in, he stayed in communication with me at all times, understanding I was nervous as a first time buyer. Everything happened smoothly and in a timely manner. Nadeem has now booked in an extra viewing with me so I’m able to show my family round my new property which is massively appreciated. I would definitely recommend Nadeem and Martin and Co.
