We've been renting with Belvoir for the last year and a half with no issues. Although they have quite high criteria for accepting new tenants (thorough checks of income, proof of rights to remain in UK, etc), the quality of service is extremely high, and for us the office was right next to our flat which was very helpful. We had a lettings agent assigned to us, Jade, who was a star - any query we had, big or small, was chased up by her very quickly and always in a kind and professional manner. As a property management company, they have served both myself and tenants exceptionally well. Resolving maintenance issues quickly and ensuring I was compliant in my legal responsibility towards my tenants. They also have been personally supportive during family illness and I trusted them to look after the tenants needs sensibly. In that they sorted minor issues while keeping me informed, only contacting me in more out of the ordinary circumstances. After my bereavement, they were happy to communicate with me more often; we returned to our previous level of contact. The service i was provided was second to none had a few hiccups on my end with applications was easily sorted out by an agent called jade who promptly and professionally helped me in every way possible kept in constant contact on a daily basis until we achieved our end goal i would not hesitate to recommend the company and especially jade for the help she has provided
