We've been renting with Belvoir for the last year and a half with no issues. Although they have quite high criteria for accepting new tenants (thorough checks of income, proof of rights to remain in UK, etc), the quality of service is extremely high, and for us the office was right next to our flat which was very helpful. We had a lettings agent assigned to us, Jade, who was a star - any query we had, big or small, was chased up by her very quickly and always in a kind and professional manner.
