Belvoir managed to secure an offer (and subsequent sale of my property) within 2 weeks of being approached. The previous 2 Estate Agents not having managed this in the previous 6 months. They did everything I asked of them, and the staff were all very friendly and professional.

Me and my partner went to see a property on the 30th November, based in Salts Mill. As we were planning to look at another property, the person showing us around came 15 minutes earlier for our convenience! After viewing the property, we then put forward our interest and they took the holding deposit the same day as the viewing! This then stopped any other people seeing the property. The whole team has been helpful and good to communicate with, shouldn’t mention names but Amie and Sarah have kept me supplied with statements and bills efficiently not forgetting Harry who has managed what to me are large items for example roof replacement, rewire and complete decoration with ease, not to mention speed. Belvoir were brilliant. I was a tenant with Belvoir for 2 and a half years and never had any problems. They were swift on move in, and any issues we had along the way were resolved promptly. The communication was great, and any queries or issues we had were responded to in a good time. I had some average service from other letting agents through University, so moving here for work meant that belvoir was truly the first great service I have received from a letting agent.
