I rented in Shipley with Belvoir for a year and a half and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. From viewing and moving during lockdown, arranging repairs and the move-out process / deposit return, the people I dealt with were always friendly, responsive and helpful. I have rented for 18 years and had mixed experiences along the way...Belvoir have been the best by far. Why can't all letting agents be like this?
