Resolving maintenance issues quickly and ensuring I was compliant in my legal responsibility towards my tenants. They also have been personally supportive during family illness and I trusted them to look after the tenants needs sensibly. In that they sorted minor issues while keeping me informed, only contacting me in more out of the ordinary circumstances. After my bereavement, they were happy to communicate with me more often; we returned to our previous level of contact.
