I’ve rented with Belvoir for over 5 years and on the few occasions I have needed repairs they have been attended to quickly and to abhigh standard. The team are very friendly and engaging and are committed to provide solutions that fit with busy lifestyles which is a huge help, especially when you live alone.

From the initial search for my apartment to the follow-up after moving in, the service Belvoir Leeds North West provided has been excellent. Kate ensured I was entirely comfortable with how the building was laid out, explained details of the apartment and essential aspects of the let to me in a detailed and comprehensive manner, and has responded rapidly to my queries and requests following my moving in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move to the area.

Having recently just moved into a property managed by Belvoir, I cannot recommend them enough! They have been very helpful all the way from promptly arranging the viewing of the property, to assisting with my application, and right through to the completion itself. Jade has been brilliant and has always been on hand to answer any queries, and Amie was so helpful and thorough at the completion. They have made the process really simple and easy, and I would not hesitate to use them again!

So far so good! Only been with Belvoir for a month but have had nothing but great service so far. Had a couple of teething problems with the house and these have been sorted out quickly due to Jade in particular being very proactive and following things up quickly. I would definitely recommend Belvoir for their professionalism, friendliness and making you feel at ease.

I'm not a big fan of letting agents on the whole but Belvoir has changed my opinion completely! They not only look after their landlords but their tenants too :-) My personal experience with Belovir was with one of their agents, Jade, who sensed my distress re: the delivery of a replacement sofa that was tiny in comparison to its predecessor. Jade liaised with the delivery company and the landlord and managed to secure me a larger sofa! Can you believe it??? I am very happy with the service provided with Belvoir and hope to continue to work with them in the future whether it be in sales or lettings.
