Dexters have been managing my house in Kingston since I started to work overseas in 2008. I've been very pleased with the service they provide. I get 6 monthly inspections of the house, in copious detail, and regular updates on any outstanding issues. I've only had one change of tenant in all that time and it was handled quickly and efficiently. We bought our new property and let our old through Dexters Kingston. Overall a pleasant experience and we got the end result that we wanted. The purchase was straightforward and we also recommend their broker. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars was due to the letting of our old property not being as smooth as it could have been due to information not being communicated in a timely manner.
