We had a shaky start with Dexters, but Emily worked tirelessly to get our house sale over the line so overall pleased with the service. They will highly likely overprice your property, and then try and pressure you to take a bigger reduction than you’re comfortable with, telling you it won’t be enough reduction when they’re the ones who priced it begin with. We resisted, and accepted an offer at a price we set. They’re more expensive than other agents but after the sale is agreed is where they provide their value. We previously listed with a different (cheaper) agent and wished we’d gone with Dexters first time. Thanks again Emily!

I used Dexter for the first time this year. Based on the results, they delivered and introduced me to the right tenant. However, they can improve even more by double-checking draft contracts and email communications.
