Seller beware. These guys are negligent on their own admission. A painful sales process to say the least. Scott Carson I did ask you not to send me emails for reviews, but as you keep repeatedly doing so, and breaking data privacy laws, here it is. Whether you're selling or buying you can't say you haven't been forewarned.

Very disappointed by the way they handle their agreements. Sadly, should you make the mistake to agree on a price they will call you back a couple of days later to inform you there was another offer and ask you to outbid a price higher than the one agreed upon.

They don't even bother to answer the call or return call .keep call from 1 week .after 1 week somebody picked up and wasn't intersted in viewing and promised to call back but still waiting.

It's really rude and dishonest real estate. He and she keeps telling me lies. Please avoid this unprofessional agency. I don't recommend at all. Please don't let anyone else have a bad experience like me. This is the worst real estate I've ever had.

Tried to obtain a letting property through this company .Went through the usual checks and had approval from Tenant Data.. Rang Symonds to get an update understanderably in these difficult times but felt when i rang i was being a nuisance ..weeks later i had an e mail to say landlord had changed his mind and letting it to a friend ..Perhaps this company should do checks on potential landlords as we have endure weeks of uncertainty and stress .. If i ran my business on these terms i wouldnt have any clients !!!

Leo is a bit of an archaic, stereotype of a lying estate agent. Gives off the pretence of being everyone’s best friend but I don’t think he’s ever heard of the word “integrity.” They operate out of a dingy office not even at street level. It’s hidden away above a shop, really dodgy setting but at least they aren’t trying to hide the fact they’re not up to standard. Give them a miss or regret it. You can take a hint from the fact this company has a total of 5-reviews!
