I would give 0 star if possible. Stay well away from this fraudsters if you are a buyer. Once they get hold of your exclusivity fee, they don’t really care! Something does need to be done about them. I used them to buy a property which fell through. My experience with Zara is nothing to write home about. She was in communication on the telephone, over WhatsApp, and email non stop but once I paid the exclusivity fee, she became impossible to get hold of! My solicitors could not get hold of their solicitors, my surveyors could not gain access to the property for valuation and I could no longer get through to Zara! I lost my 2% and they don’t care! Please please stay away from these fraudulent company!!!

Been over a year since we notified symonds and Sampson about our damp & mould. It's resulted in throwing away possessions, doctors & hospital trips with my 4 year old son even a GP letter to state my sons health us due to the damp conditions being ignored. It's cost us hundreds of pounds and for symonds and Sampson to turn around and say we're not using a fan in put bathroom when it doesn't work. Really truing to pur off doing jobs and pushing the blame. If all it came down to a fan being turned on we would have clearly done it for my sons health. Our windows are open and the fan is on but two times they came round it was off and its suddenly all our fault.

Me and my partner were looking to move back to dorset, emailed them from my email and her email a month and a half to 2 months ago with no reply, emailed again yesterday to find they have given the property to someone else, very unprofessional to leave peoples emails unread for months! Just because we are younger people looking for a home makes no difference!

My tenant received a letter stating I had sold my flat and if he needed a new home to call Petermans. I do not know this agent. I have no thought of selling. A shocking buisness practice. A low life agent.

If I could give Zara less than one star I would. Dodgy agent. Terrible service. She is involved in a group to sell properties at higher rates than market value to con people. Please do not go through her.

Called up as a prospective buyer looking to buy urgently in the Herne Hill area. Incredibly rude salesman, seemed deeply inconvenienced by the call and perturbed that he had to answer basic questions about prospective property. Will avoid any further properties they have on the market from this experience.

It's one star because Google doesn't allow you to leave zero. Useless!
