Bad management. Period.

Very poor experience dealing with this agency. I contacted them with a polite and professional enquiry about a vacant commercial unit. The reply from Jan Merriott was blunt — simply stating the property was under offer, with no greeting or proper engagement. I followed up to express that I’d still be interested if the current deal fell through, and his second reply was sarcastic and dismissive: “OK, I’ll let you know if it falls through.” Maybe he was having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse treating potential customers with such an arrogant and unprofessional attitude. That kind of reply really killed my mood — it left me feeling dismissed and disrespected for no reason. I expected much better from someone working in commercial real estate. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agency at all.

Totally disappointed with this agency. They've tricked me into paying a holding deposit for a property and still left on the market as available. They are not serious or helpful at all. Contact them regarding the property and came up with excuses that they cannot refund me as I have been declined on my application

Hi I love petermans and I loved working with them but the way David bloom is acting when even to call to ask a question he doesn’t like answering it’s like why are working in the office if you don’t like to answer the phone might as well stay at home I don’t think I will ever like to deal with them again !!! because of him

Poor service and communication

Don't think these estate agents want to sell houses called about a house in wocster. Lady was fairly inattentive on the phone said she would call me back about a viewing never took my phone number or email ....

Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.

The worst agency ever. Horrible service. Once they sign you up, they just disappear. They have been avoiding calls, messages, emails for 2 months now. They have advertised my property incorrectly, it’s a freehold building, but they put it under flats, so it doesn’t even show in searches. I have been trying to contact them for two months and they don’t even answer anything. The worst experience ever.

Absolutely awful service and communication, ignored calls, texts and emails from Zara. After exploring other reviews on trust pilot it appears this is a regular occurrence. Very poor service!
