The service we’ve received over the phone from Jess and Elle have been fantastic too. Highly recommend Brunton Residential!
I was trying to rent a house in North Shields, and Rebekah was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond to all my queries. She assisted me efficiently with arranging the viewing and kept me well informed throughout the process. Her prompt communication and supportive approach made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her help and professionalism.
Highly recommend Bruntons Residential, best thing we did re our house move was changing to them. Completely different experience from using other local agents one of which even charged at the end of contract for not selling our house! Estate agents generally get a bad rap but I have been amazed that every person we have dealt with has been professional and friendly making the whole stressful process actually enjoyable. Michael was a great salesman, he said "trust the process" and we are so glad we did. We got a fair price for our property, sold to some lovely people that the house is a great match for and managed to buy the home we'd fallen in love with, so everybody's happy. Cieran was very professional and friendly and a good negotiator. Harriet worked so hard to arrange viewings and keep us informed throughout - the what's app group was such a good way to keep informed and it made us feel part of the team. Any little queries we had or observations we wanted to make that would have seemed too trivial for a call yet could have contributed in a small way to the sale went on there and were very promptly replied to. The Property File was useful too to keep us up to date with viewings etc. All these things combined make Bruntons Residential the best agent we have ever dealt with. As we enjoy living in our dream home we will raise a glass to Michael, Cieran and Harriet who made it actually happen, thank you so much!! Also, shout out to the brilliant photographer who, without us asking, put a drone up for a birds-eye view showing the location much better than a description could. Result: lovely photos showing the property at its best (previous agent used a mobile phone). Sorry, I don't know his name.
