I've only ever had positive interactions with the Staff. Queries are responded to quickly, repairs carried out efficiently and the staff are friendly. Chloe in particular is on the ball every time I need to get in touch. Thanks

Rebekah from the jesmond branch has took us through the rental process. From start to finish Rebekah has been fantastic, making this a very simple and stress free transition. Thanks to the team.

My experience with Brunton Residential has been really great from the start. Rachel and Isla have been super helpful and efficient at sorting any issues we have had regarding the house. They reply really quickly to emails and messages on the property management portal and are always friendly on the phone. I would recommend them when looking for a rental property with management that you can trust.

I’ve been really happy with the service from Brunton Residential, especially from Isla and Rachel. They recently helped me smoothly take over management of one of my properties and handled everything professionally and quickly. I trust them so much that I still have another property with them. Highly recommend the Jesmond team!
