Because these agents pollute google with their phone number for everything Ipswich agent related. My wife accidentally rang them thinking they were our agent. They even told her they were YourIpswich when she asked to confirm. They told here that they didn't have any hose on their books at the address she enquired about. (Which was true, luckily. The problem is, they had already mislead her that they were our estate agents. They were rude, misleading and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Shame on you Belvoir!

Worst real estate agents.. highly unprofessional and unethical people...We had finalized an appartment and they took 1 week to do a background verification.. once completed we were asked to move in.. on the move in day they tell us that we ll have to wait one more week for the appartment.. the next day they pulled the plug and informed us that the owner is not interested in letting the appartment on rent.. the same day we see the same rental advertisement with the move in date pushed to 1 week..
DECEPTIVE, LIARS AND DODGY PEOPLE. ANYBODY GOING TO BELVOIR, BE CAREFUL AND THINK THOUSAND TIMES BEORE GOING.Very bad experience throughout tenancy, very rude staff, don't talk face to face over issues and use emails texts, reported a couple of issues at the start of tenancy and made me liable to pay for contractors visits where no work was done and I was not informed about the charges for no fault finding before sending contractors and then tried to relate to a clause in the tenancy stupidly, tried to enter into the property in our absence for inspection and viewing purposes but was strongly warned not to do so over times again and again and still kept on asking to do so until the end of tenancy, inventory process is poor here where faults are not mentioned and photographed at the check in but blamed tenant after checkout for the issues present since or before the start of tenancy in the property. In general very non professional group of people working who do not care and think about their customers needs, do not take interest in solving the problems, have non serious behaviour, show attitude and get rude when you complain, refuse to talk where they have weak points, no manners at all when conversations, do not listen and interrupt when someone talks and use all ways to get money out of the pockets of their customers.

Not a nice experience at all. Soon after I moved in, I requested a plumber to come, and when I asked them to come at a day that suits me as I couldn't take a day off on short notice when I just started a new job, they refused and made it very difficult. Also, when the inspection day came, I asked to be informed and called so I can be there for the inspection, they went against that and entered the flat without calling me as agreed or my consent. As fare as I'm concerned that is not just illegal but extremely rude and inconsiderate, especially when I informed work of the hours I might need to go out in to accommodate the inspection. When I asked for the manger to call me and explain, I was ignored. If a landlord wishes to give their tenant a horrible experience then that's the agency to go with.
