Throughout my time of using Belvoir I always found that the staff were extremely considerate and accommodating. If I ever had an issues or queries, I knew that I would be able to put these to the staff at Belvoir and receive a detailed and polite response. When moving they were very understanding and made me feel far more at ease about the whole situation (which is very daunting for obvious reasons). I would definitely recommend them to a friend and would use them at any chance possible.

We rented our house in Suffolk via Belvoir for over 18 months. From the start of the tenancy, Belvoir were brilliant. They were always on the end of the phone, and very quick to respond with the numerous things thrown at them - new locks, new TV ariel. Sadly the Landlords sold the property, so we had to move, but that was all dealt with professionally by their staff, and our deposit was returned quickly after the final handover meeting. A very positive renting experience, and would definitely look to rent, or buy or sell with them in the future as it was a pleasure dealing with their staff.

We let a property through Belvoir for nearly 4 years and they were great. Always responded quickly to any concerns and maintenance issues, and kept us informed on the progress of matters as our landlady lived abroad. The inspections were a great way to manage the properties and gave a good opportunity to raise awareness of any property deterioration. My partner and I would happily rent another property through Belvoir any time.

We've been really pleased with Belvoir throughout our whole term with them. They went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. We had a problem with the bathroom lighting and they sent an electrician round within an hour, also had an issue with the electric meter which Belvoir made sure was fixed for us.

Selling a house can be a challenging time but Primedale rose to the challenges and surpassed my expectations with flying colours. Both Sales and Admin. staff were courteous , helpful and professional, particularly Ashley who went out of his way to help. I would recommend their services whole-heartedly.

We have just finished our 20 month tennancy through Belvoir having now bought a house. Our overall experice was excellent, Lee and Jenna were friendly and extremely helpful from day 1. Any issues that arose with the house with regards to maintenance were dealt with very quickly and with the minumum of fuss. Inspections were always very fairly dealth with and took place at intervals sufficeintly apart that they didnt feel intrusive. There was no kind of ridiculous check in / check out or other extortionate fees that other leeting agents such as the previous letting agency I was renting through (JSM) and in comparison with JSM I had the genuine feeling that the agents were representing both the interests of tennants and landlords rather than just the latter. This would extend to receiving deposit back (which was repaid in full) within a week of us moving out. All in all an excellent service from Belvoir.

Friendly and professional staff never too busy to talk /offer advice. Building seems a odd layout (rooms off of rooms) but clean and tidy.

I was a tenant with this team for nearly 3.5years. Wonderful team of agents. Smooth onboarding and exit processes. They were always prompt with responses to queries and helped sort out any issues that cropped up during the tenancy. Professional and considerate. Would rent with them again.
