Their staff is nice and kind, however I had the impression of some disorganisation as I had lots of misunderstanding when I booked a visit

Polite staff but awful at booking viewings, as prospective tenants we are looking for a property and Belvoir have been very hard to get viewings with, they don't actively try to Assist in house finding or offer any other properties they have on the market. They don't offer to keep updated on new properties or actively help your search in the property market at all. They also hang up very quickly and abruptly.

I am only going to write the experience that I had, note that I have not rented or bought any properties with Belvoir but was just viewing. I had an arranged viewing and took some time off work, after arriving to the property I realized that no one was there, and called the agency, the response that I had is that apparently someone with a similar name to mine had been there couple of minutes earlier and the assumption made that it was me (read my name above and judge if it is possible). I tried to ask for the agent to come back as she only left minutes before my arrival an I was told that that wasn't possible. Later I tried to arrange another viewing but this time not at before 5 o'clock considering their bad history and was told that they only work till 5. After a complain to the main office nothing was done, by the way no one ever apologized even when I called the fist time.

Tried making an appointment for a viewing, never got an email back so I had to call multiple times to even get it verified because they couldn't find the appointment on their agenda etc. Have called them over 5 times to finally get it sorted. I get a message this morning that the appointment has been cancelled so I call them up about it and the only thing they say is "yes it has been cancelled." Without any reasoning or anything. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion.
