Unfortunately had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. They were totally unprofessional and rude. Did'nt return calls to myself and our estate agents and solicitor over a property that we had been accepted for, but later backed out due to alot of issues that had been going on for 5 months. We have since found another property and have been dealing with another estate agent that have been a breath of fresh air, so friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble at all.

This agency, specifically Zoe, has been nothing short of appalling. It’s shocking to see somebody who is in a managerial role act so unprofessional and inappropriately and a continuous basis. Zoe is constantly rude, unhelpful and difficult to deal with. Avoid this agency if you expect fair treatment, basic courtesy, or even the minimum level of customer service. What a truly disgraceful experience.

Zoe does not have a clue about how to do her job. She is extremely ignorant and only replies when asked to by other people. The manager is very rude and obnoxious in fact I’m not sure that any of the staff has a clue what they are doing. Zoe served an illegal section 21 on us when we refused to agree to an illegal rent increase. When we did move out she agreed time and date to do inspection and collect keys then failed to turn up. She said she had not made the appointment. There were 2 electrical safety inspections on property within a month or so of each other both saying property needed extensive work. Zoe then failed to pick up on an electrical safety certificate being issued by another electrician knowing no repairs had taken place at all. The staff in this office seem not to care about the tenants. Zoe told me that our landlord paid them not the tenant so they were not interested in what the tenant had to say.
