Thomas Morris - Huntingdon

Would absolutely use again. Service & communication is second to none & was a breath of fresh air to find someone this helpful. Very highly recomnended

Adam from By Design is a brilliant agent - unrivalled marketing and a service that goes above and beyond what is expected, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

An exceptional Estate Agent who offers a genuine and very unique experience, intertwined with utter professionalism and tenacity. He works tirelessly in the background so that everything somehow falls into place just when you were expecting the worst. My own successful sale was solely down to Adam who intervened when other buyers in my chain started to play games with the conveyancing process which jeopardised the exchange and completion dates which I had been asked to work to. Customer service doesn't come better!.... One last thing..... He's a really nice guy, you cannot help but like him!

Adam has been the best estate agent we have ever dealt with by a country mile. His attention to detail, personal touch and ability to tap into exactly the right type of buyer enabled us to sell a fairly niche property on our desired timeline. He expeditiously achieved this where others had failed. He was open, honest, friendly and professional throughout, and he got results. If we ever move again we will most certainly be looking him up again!

Great service. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

Adam has been a delight to deal with , extremely proactive, very professional service from start to finish , would highly recommend. Thanks again for your fantastic service.

Having dealt with Adam in a previous sale, he was the most obvious go-to person when we decided to sell the Manor House. We were already very familiar with his professional and straightforward approach - and his handling of any complexity that arose, where many would have given up along the way (myself included), was an example of sheer patience, tenacity and determination. His rapport with clients is textbook customer service, and this, most certainly enhances the value of the brand he represents. Considering the overall positive experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Adam and ByDesign to others secure in the knowledge that he remains our go-to person.

Cant recommend Adam enough. The level of service has been second to none. At every stage Adam has been there to help and answer questions and give invaluable advice - whilst working away in the background to make sure everything is on track and going as planned. Flawless service and a lovely chap to boot.

Adam did a fantastic job for my in selling my house. Adam is knowledgable, ethical and gets the job done.

During this process we have met some truly exceptional people and you have been one of them. Your dedication, understanding and professionalism has been outstanding. It might sound very cheesy, but you really have helped make our dreams come true, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. All the best, Grace & Ed
