Thomas Morris - Huntingdon

A very big thank you to Donna for her care and patience whilst I was dealing with the sale of my granddaughters house ( abbey ) wouldn't hesitate to recommend sarah mains.

Reliable and efficient service from the beginning to the end of the house selling process. Everyone that works at Sarah mains that I had contact with were professional and helpful. I can’t recommend Sarah mains highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Thank you so much for your great service. Finally a homeowner thanks to you.

Excellent professional service. I have been supported throughout the process and I have been kept well informed throughout. Viewings were well organised and conducted over two days while I was at work. The sale was agreed in under two weeks, amazing work by an impressive team!

Chloe was excellent in providing first class service and supported us securing a rental property in a minimal time frame-brilliant work could not be happier with the support provided, would highly recommend

Everyone at Sarah Mains in Newcastle have been highly professional and pleasant to deal with. Graeme and Jess were friendly and respectful when valuing our property, and everyone else at the office, especially Warren and Sarah, have given great advice and been very communicative throughout. The photos taken of the property were done to a very high standard. All involved have been kind and calm throughout, instilling a sense of confidence in their processes.

Chloe Moore was the Agent who showed me around my new property. She has been an absolute STAR. She kept me informed at each stage and even rang to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was a very stressful experience moving home, admin is a real nightmare for me, but Chloe was the Angel I needed at this time. Thank you Chloe for all your Help, Patience, and complete understanding. 🌹

I cannot fault the service we had from Sarah Mains from start to finish. The photographs and video taken to put on the property listing were very well taken and showed the property professionally. Viewings were organised with ease and the property was sold within less than a week. Donna was fantastic throughout the process and keeping us up to date, advising us where needed as we were both so new to the process. Donna is an asset to the company and we would certainly use Sarah Mains again due to the service provided.

I’ve been really satisfied with the service from Houblon and my mortgage broker Colin. I am a first-time buyer, and Colin has made the entire process really simple and stress-free. He’s helped find me a great deal on my mortgage and has been exceptionally quick with sorting everything out and keeping me updated.

Very helpful throughout a very stressful process..
