We recently listed our house for sale with Thomas Morris after obtaining valuations from several local estate agents. We dealt with Anna Death, initially meeting her at a viewing on another property before she came to value ours. We were impressed not only with the package offered by Thomas Morris to sell ours, but also with Anna's knowledge, care and attentiveness when showing us round the other property. This made our decision to sell with Thomas Morris easier as we knew what we could expect when potential buyers were shown round ours. Although the package offered was slightly more expensive than those of their competitors, we felt that the cost was justified by virtue of the professional service offered. We felt that the other agents spent more time trying to explain why they were better than the competition, whereas Anna talked us through their product in great depth and the lengths they would go to to attract interest and hopefully a sale. Our house is on the market now, so here's hoping!

I was looking to purchase a property and found something perfect through Thomas Morris. We ended up working with Ben Francis on the purchase. The entire process was clear, communication was frequent and overall my experience working with Ben was delightful. He worked to get things moving as quickly as they could and was frequently able to provide updates over the phone and email. In the end, we had to withdraw from the purchase due to some unexpected circumstances. However, during both the process and withdrawal Ben was incredibly helpful, considerate and understanding.
