Thomas Morris - Huntingdon

Excellent service from Adam Lascelles, who was incredibly hardworking and professional throughout. We have already recommended him to our friends. Thanks again.

We had the pleasure of working with Adam during a challenging property sale, and he exceeded our expectations. Adam kept us well informed every step of the way and continuously pushed for the sale to succeed. His resilience and dedication were truly exceptional, making us feel confident and secure throughout the process. We are extremely grateful for Adam's hard work and doubt that any other estate agent would have shown such commitment. Thank you, Adam.

Can’t recommend Adam and By Design highly enough - knowledge and attention to detail second to none.

Adam Lascelles did an outstanding job helping me sell my house. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly understood the local market. Adam kept me well-informed throughout the entire process and always made himself available for any questions I had. His attention to detail and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and seamless. Thanks to Adam’s expertise, my house sold quickly and for a great price. I couldn't have asked for better support. Highly recommend!

Having Adam involved in the purchase of our home has been a pleasure. He was professional, proactive and forthcoming throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much of an ask and he dealt with every matter in a very quick manner. He put in a lot of extra work that wasn’t necessarily his responsibility to do in order to push our purchase through quickly. I couldn’t recommend him enough. A very selfless and zealous individual that certainly makes the customer feel number one. Thanks for all your hard work Adam

Adam is a true knowledgeable professional and was always available with support and advice whilst I was searching for and subsequently purchasing my new home. Thank you so much Adam

By Design. Where to start; after being unsuccessful with previous high street agents we thought we would try an independent agent. Adam was nothing but realistic and honest throughout the whole process. Adam was always readily available to answer questions and queries quickly. Our house was/is an old Methodist Chapel which is/was totally unique. Unique is what Adam specialises in. So if you want professionalism from a agent who’s experience is immense then look no further than Adam Lascelles

Amazing doesn't quite describe Adam's help throughout the whole process of purchasing our house. He's been attentive, innovative, kind, resourceful and communicative from start to finish. We would not hesitate in recommending him to others. Thank you Adam!
