AMAZING! Our mortgage advisor was James Hindley. So we are were first time buyers and we pretty much had no idea what we needed to do or when/ where to start. We have just exchanged on a house purchase which was marketed by Thomas Morris, it’s been a long road but I have to say Robert Arnold was the most active estate agent in the chain making sure things moved along, rightfully and robustly challenging the agents further up the chain when things were not moving at all. We were known to Thomas Morris, having viewed another property with them so they were able to bring this house to our attention proactively and the proactive approach continued throughout the deal to exchange today.
